| How quickly will I receive my tutorials? The tutorials will appear in your Polymer Tutorials account automatically as soon as you complete the payment through PayPal. How to download the tutorials? After completion of your payment through PayPal.com, you will be taken back to Polymer Tutorials catalog, directly to the page with your tutorial links. You will be able to download the tutorials right away. To download the tutorials later: 1. Go to PolymerTutorials.com and click on the button "My Account" in the upper right corner to log in. 2. After you log in, "My Account Information" page will appear. The second (middle) section on that page is called "My Orders", and the only link in that section is "View the orders I have made and download my tutorials". Click on that link, and you will be taken to the page with your order history. 3. Click on the View button next to the order description. Order Information page will open. 4. At the bottom of the Order Information page you will see the list of your tutorials. Click on the one that you would like to open. These are big files with lots of high-quality pictures, so they make take up to a few minutes to download. You may save the files to your computer for your convenience. The files will be securely stored in your account on polymertutorials.com as well, so you do not ever need to worry about loosing them. How to open and save the tutorials? All my tutorials are stored in pdf format. To open the tutorials, you will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Most likely you have it already. If not, you may download it for free from the following site: get.adobe.com. To save the tutorials to your computer, click File and then Save in the upper left corner of your screen. What tutorials should I get first? If you are a polymer clay beginner, I recommend starting with my Polymer Clay Primer. You can receive it for free when you sign up for my Newsletter. After that, look for the tutorials intended for the beginner skill level and choose the ones you like. Tip: type “beginner” in the Quick Find box on the right side of my web site pages. If you are beginning to work with two-part epoxy resins, get my tutorial How to Use EnviroTex Lite or ICE Resin with Polymer Clay. If you would like to test my tutorial delivery system, get one of the tutorials priced for $0.50. Do you offer any tutorials for free? Yes. You can receive my free Polymer Clay Primer (21 pages) when you sign up for my Newsletter. Also, all my tutorials priced for $0.50 are available in a picture format for free.
